Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the original, unworn items with all designer tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
